Apologies to those of you with less-than-perfect browsers! I've just been through the site validating the pages " have found something wrong on just about every page. I know that Konqueror was affected and I hope it works properly now (I can't test it myself as this old TNT video card doesn't like Linux :-( ). Moving a lot of stuff onto the stylesheets should let those of you with text browsers navigate a bit more easily, but some basic browsers like OffByOne treat the site as text-based as they can't handle CSS.

Got a new URL - http://www.nascom.info of course. The whole look of the site has been changed " restructured to make future maintenance easier. It should be much easier to navigate now!
12 November 2002
The Winchester Technology Teletext Colour Graphics Board has been added. More info added for the Nascom I/O Board.
7 November 2002
A few more pictures have been added to the Picture book including unbuilt kits for the Nascom-1 and Sinclair Calculator! MNUG EPROM board added (don't know how I came to miss this.)
2 November 2002
I have a suggestion that we use the Usenet news group comp.sys.misc for discussing Nascom and Gemini topics. It appears to be a low volume group and I think we are on topic.
Nascom 25 year anniversary Nokia phone logo added. ![]()
Nascom Test Board added.

What? Six months already? Well, there is some more information on the Hobbit mini-cassette drive. I have also added another Nascom picture provided by a user. This kind gentleman also provided me with a lot of additional information on the Animation Graphics board - some of which I have also added. I have also put a useful little Z80 instruction decoder chart on here for those little disassembly jobs.

In spite of the limits imposed on my available web space, I've now included two (private) forums. One is for general discussion and the other is for your own Sales and Wants. They are both accessible from a new MIXTEL Members'page. Work has started on my "Nascom 2002". It is just a re-housed N2 with a power supply rescued from an old Apricot desktop computer. Nice and compact and a *lot* lighter than the Nascom 10A PSU! Nothing else yet - my scanner seems to be playing up :-(
4 April 2002
More Magazines info added. More update to the disk systems pages. I am now considering building a "25th Anniversary" version of the Nascom-2 (i.e. a Nascom-2 in a special display housing). If this goes ahead there will be pictures fairly soon :-)
2 April 2002
Re-did a lot of the section on Storage (floppy disk systems). Added info about the RP/M monitor on Gemini systems. Added a Wanted page. Quite a few changes in the History section (including a little info on the MicroED and Nascom-LX). Changed "Kenilworth Computers" to "Business " Leisure Micro Computers" simply because it is more correct! Added a picture showing a Kenilworth case. Added info on the MAP80 RAM and G833 Ram Disk cards. Various other minor changes around the site.

You mean apart from the whole site? :-) Actually, the new site went up on the 23rd but the update is still "work in progress" at the moment.
Well, this page is new. I was getting fed up of having nowhere to put this sort of stuff...
There is now a Credits page - I thought a few people should get some recognition but it seems to be getting out of hand...
I've added some more pictures to the Picture Book - 2 from Dave Hunt and 3 of my first Nascom-2.
I've rearranged the company history into a History Book. Hopefully this will make it easier to both follow and maintain. A few more snippets have been added.
There is now a Visitors Book (on the Feedback page). I'm giving this a try out as I havn't run one before.
A few hardware pages have changed. A couple more items have been added.
Quite a bit of info from the Liverpool Software Gazette has been added. I may add more of this.
Still more stuff to be added...
